Standard Maintenance Clean $90-$500

Kitchen | Coffee pot is clean. The dishwasher and oven are empty and clean. All drawers and cabinets are organized. All appliances work, including lights and lamps. All surfaces such as countertops and floors are cleaned.

Bedrooms | All appliances are dusted and operational. All linen is washed and beds are made. All surfaces are clean, this includes floors, window sills, blinds, and ceiling fans.

Bathrooms | Sinks, bathtubs/showers, cabinets, drawers, and trash cans are all clean and presentable. Shower curtain and towels are free of mold. Toilet is clean and flushes properly.

Living Room | Inspect furniture and ensure it is clean and functional, including any sofa beds. All other appliances-including lights, lamps, and fans are operational. All surfaces are cleaned.

Washer/Dryer | Make sure both are empty. There is no lint in the dryer. 

Entrance | Door is operational. Front of door is clear of trash and manicured and entryway is clean and lighting functional. 

General | Turn on/off AC or Heat depending on season. Check the HVAC vents for mold and dust throughout the house. Confirm that all windows and doors are functional. Confirm that the supply closet has sufficient toiletry. 

Backyard | Backdoor is clear and entryway is clean. 

Deep Clean $150-$800

Kitchen | Coffee pot is clean. The dishwasher is clean and all dishes are cleaned and put away. Oven is empty and cleaned out. All drawers and cabinets are wiped down and organized. All appliances are dusted, wiped, and work, including lights and lamps. All surfaces such as countertops and floors are cleaned.

Bedrooms | All appliances are dusted, wiped, and operational. All linen is washed, folded, and beds are made. All surfaces are clean, this includes floors, window sills, blinds, and ceiling fans.

Bathrooms | Sinks, bathtubs/showers, cabinets, drawers, and trash cans are all clean and presentable. Shower curtain rods are secure and towels are free of mold. Toilet is clean and flushes properly.

Living Room | Inspect furniture and ensure it is clean and functional, including any sofa beds. No trash left in between cushions or under couches. All other appliances-including lights, lamps, and fans are operational. All surfaces are cleaned. Fire place is dusted, and cleared of debris. 

Washer/Dryer | Make sure both are empty. There is no lint in the dryer. Top of both are wiped off. 

Entrance | Door is operational. Front of door is clear of trash and manicured and entryway is clean and lighting functional. Floor mats are dusted and vacuumed. 

General | Turn on/off AC or Heat depending on season. Check the HVAC vents for mold and dust throughout the house. Notify if replacement is needed. Confirm that all windows and doors are wiped and functional. Confirm that the supply closet has sufficient toiletry. 

Backyard | Backyard is clear of trash. Grill is operational. Backdoor is clear and entryway is clean. Floor mats are dusted and vacuumed.

Move In & Out Clean $150-$1,000

Kitchen | The dishwasher is clean and operational. Oven is empty and cleaned out thoroughly. Dust and trash in drawers and cabinets are vacuumed, wiped down, and organized. All appliances are dusted, wiped, and work, including lights and lamps. All surfaces such as countertops and floors are cleaned.

Bedrooms | All appliances are dusted, wiped, and operational. Left over trash and boxes are discarded. All surfaces are clean. Carpets are vacuumed. Floors are mopped. Window sills, blinds, and ceiling fans are dusted and wiped.

Bathrooms | Sinks, bathtubs/showers, cabinets, and drawers are all dusted, wiped, clean and presentable. Bathtubs and showers are inspected for mold. Toilet is clean and flushes properly.

Living Room | Floors are cleared of left over trash. Walls are wiped down. All surfaces are cleaned. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and mopped. All other appliances-including lights, lamps, and fans are operational. Fire place is emptied, dusted, and cleared of debris. 

Washer/Dryer | Make sure area is swept and cleared of trash such as lint and dust. Walls are wiped

Entrance | Door is operational. Front of door is clear of trash and manicured and entryway is clean and lighting functional. Floor mats are dusted and vacuumed or discarded if unwanted or unusable.  

General | Turn on/off AC or Heat depending on season. Check the HVAC vents for mold and dust throughout the house. Notify if replacement is needed. Confirm that all windows and doors are wiped and functional. Confirm that no trash is left. 

Backyard | Backyard is clear of trash. Grill is operational or discarded if unwanted. Backdoor is clear and entryway is clean. Floor mats are dusted and vacuumed

Post Construction Clean $0.20 p/sq. ft

Kitchen | Cleared of all leftover trash from materials used. Paint and sealant is removed from surfaces and appliances. The dishwasher is clean and operational. Oven is empty and cleaned out thoroughly. Dust in drawers and cabinets are vacuumed and wiped down. All appliances are dusted, wiped and inspected for leftover debris from materials used. All surfaces such as countertops and floors are thoroughly vacuumed and mopped.

Bedrooms | All appliances are dusted and wiped. Left over material such as caulk and paint is removed from walls and appliances. Left over trash and boxes are discarded. All surfaces are clean. Carpets are vacuumed. Floors are mopped. Window sills, blinds, and ceiling fans are dusted and wiped. 

Bathrooms | Sinks, bathtubs/showers, cabinets, and drawers are all dusted, wiped, clean and presentable. Corners are checked for excess caulk and smeared paint is removed from walls and appliances. Bathtubs and showers are inspected for mold. Toilet is clean and flushes properly.

Living Room | Floors are cleared of left over trash. Walls are wiped down. All surfaces are cleaned. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and mopped. All other appliances-including lights, lamps, and fans are wiped and inspected for paint or other materials used. Fire place is emptied, dusted, and cleared of left over material.

Washer/Dryer Area | Make sure area is swept and cleared of trash such as drywall and wood. Walls are wiped and cleared of paint and other materials used.

Entrance | Door is operational. Door frames are wiped. Front of door is clear of leftover material and manicured. Entryway is swept, vacuumed and kept clean.  

General | Confirm that all windows and doors are wiped and functional. All floors are mopped and carpets are vacuumed thoroughly. Confirm that no trash is left. Overage material is collected and left in safe area for owner. Left over material is discarded if unwanted. 

Backyard | Backyard is clear of trash. Backdoor is clear and entryway is clean. Floor swept and presentable
